Kabul (BNA) Security and defense forces during the last 24 hours conducting joint clearing operations in various parts of the country killed 81 armed insurgents, wounded 36 and detained 10 others.
National defense ministry spokesman press office told BNA the operations were launched with support of air and artillery forces in Nangarhar, Kunar, Ghazni, Kandahar, Urozgan, Zabul, Farah, Badghis, Faryab, Balkh, Sar-e-Pul, Baghlan and Helmand provinces , in which 81 armed oppositions were killed, 36 were injured and 10 others have been detained.
Likewise quantity of heavy and light weapons of the enemies have been seized.
