33 Daesh Fighters Killed In Nangarhar Latest Strikes

Jalalabad (BNA) 33 Daesh fighters were killed in recent air strikes in east of the country last night.
The fighters were suppressed in parts of Nangarhar province by air and ground raids.
Selab army corps commander in east of the country told BNA, 33 Daesh fighters were killed on their strongholds in Kot, Achen, Dorbaba and Chaparhar districts.
According to reports, several strongholds of Daesh fighters with all war equipment have been demolished.
Another report says, the security forces of Nangarhar province have failed planning of insurgents for organizing of a series of blasts.
Security officials discovered and neutralized four mines from crowded roads of the province and prevented from a series of blasts.
No one has been detained in the connection of the case.
Meanwhile, the security forces of Nangarhar province discovered weapon caches of Daesh fighters.
The caches were kept in a hideout of insurgents in suburb of Jalalabad city.
Heavy and light weapons were also seized in the raids.
Local officials said Daesh uses the caches for terrorist activities.
