Kabul (BNA) In a mine explosion two civilians killed in Shindand district of Herat province.
A local official of Shindand district of Herat province said BNA, the explosion occurred in Karim Khan Area.
On the other hand Nasto Naseri national army (commando) Unit spokesperson said BNA, the incident occurred while a motorcycle hit a planted roadside mine in relevant areas of Shindand district of Herat province.
He added, in the incident a man and a woman martyred.
He claimed that the security forces have already started investigation to identify and to bring the culprits into justice.
