Kabul (BNA) Twenty nine provincial heads of the departments of the ministry for information and culture presented their annual reports here yesterday.
In accordance with the law on civil service and improving capability, the meeting was held inside the ministry where Mubariz Rashidi the deputy of the information and culture said,” You people have assumed your posts through competition and no doubt the outcome of your work is better than those who have served here before the implementation of the administrative reforms.
The heads of provincial departments presented the report of their achievement over the past year.
