Victory of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Plays Vital Role In Awareness of Islamic Movements, Dr. Abdullah

Kabul (BNA) The 36th victory anniversary of the Islamic revolution of Iran was celebrated in the country’s embassy to Kabul with participation of Chief Executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, president’s special envoy in reforms and good governance Ahmad Zia Masoud, chief executive second deputy Haji Mohammad Muhaqiq, Senate’s first deputy Mohammad Alam Ezedyar, minister of foreign affairs Salahuddin Rabbani, a number of high-ranking government officials and members of foreign diplomats to Kabul.
Mohammad Raza Bahrami, Iranian ambassador to Kabul while praising the guests for their participation in the ceremony said that by victory of the Islamic revolution of Iran, key incidents happened in the region and the world, asserting that Iran and Afghanistan had expanded and tightened relations with each other and the relations would further expanded between the two countries during new chapter of the national unity government of Afghanistan.
In the ceremony, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, chief executive of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan while extending felicitation to leaders and Iranian diplomats to Kabul on the occasion of victory anniversary of the Islamic revolution of Iran said 36 years ago, the victory of the Islamic movement of Iran had put significant impacts on awareness of Islamic movements in the region and world. Dr. Abdullah added simultaneous with the victory of the Islamic revolution of Iran Afghanistan had also witnessed an unpleasant change, saying that the impacts of the change are still feeling in all political, economic, social and cultural sectors in Afghanistan.
