Kabul (BNA) Eight armed insurgents were killed in clashes with Afghan troops in Faryab and Kunduz provinces yesterday.
The clashes occurred in Maimana, capital city of Faryab province and Imam Sahib District of Kunduz.
There were no casualties to Afghan troops in these clashes.
The deputy police chief of Faryab province confirmed that two
Afghan troops in clash with the Taliban got injuries in that province.
