Security Improved By 25% This Year, MoD Spokesman

Kabul (BNA) Spokesman for Afghan ministry of defense in a joint news conference held on Tuesday said security has improved in the country comparing with the last year. 
In this news conference, General Zahir Azimi said it is expected that security situation would get better in coming year. 
Azimi added the second phase of security transition is going well and Afghan security organs are ready to hold the security responsibilities in the areas specified in the second phase. 
He asserted the number of ANA soldiers is to reached to 180,000 in the coming months. 
General Abdul Wahab Wardak, Afghan commander for air force also spoke in the news conference and said air education center has been reconstructed in Shindand district and there are 18 planes for training. 
He added nearly 70 young pilots are under training, while 80 Afghan pilots are being trained in UAE and 28 others in USA.
