Pak PM’s Condolence Message on Terrorist Attack in Kabul

Kabul (BNA) “I am deeply shocked at the brutal terrorist attack in Kabul on 19 April, 2016 causing loss of precious lives and leaving a large number of people injured,” the Pakistani prime minister said as quoted in a statement released by the country’s embassy in Kabul. According to the press release, PM Sharif has strongly condemned the dastardly terrorist act, which according to him the menace of terrorism is a global threat and it continues to erode not only the peace and security of the states, but progress and prosperity of the societies. “Undoubtedly, terrorism is out common enemy and eliminating this scourge not only requires effective action at national level, but close coordination at regional and global levels,” he added, saying at this hour of grief, the government and the people of Pakistan stand by their Afghan brothers. “I wish to convey our heartfelt condolences over this tragedy and sympathies and support for the bereaved families. Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration,” he concluded.
