Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has strongly condemned killing of four engineers and two employees of National Solidarity Program (NDS).
Four engineers and two employees of the national solidarity program were reportedly kidnapped by the Taliban on Sunday and killed on Monday in Herat province.
They had been in Gulran district of the province for implementation of a constructive project.
Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan while condemning strongly this brutal act said killing of innocent employees who were out for making a living and serving to Afghan people is clear enmity with progress and development of Afghanistan.
The president said killing of engineers and innocent employees showed that the Taliban and their foreign lords want Afghanistan to be always needy and miserable.
Hamid Karzai expressed his deep condolence and sympathy to the martyred family and wished them patience.
