Asadabad City (BNA) A joint clearing operation under the code name of “Tofan 53” has started in eastern Kunar province this morning.
Ministry of National Defense press office reported BNA, the joint operation was conducted under the leadership of 201 Sylab army corps commander with participation of Afghan national police, local police, public order police and National Directorate Security (NDS) personnel in relevant areas of Noorgal district of Kunar province.
