No Need of Counter Corruption Offices If Judicial System Is Transparent, Danesh

Kabul (BNA) Seconed Vice president, Sarwer Danesh in a meeting with chaiman and members of Independent Association of Advoates asserted that there is no need to establish counter corruption offices if judicial system was transparent.
Hingint that consideration to judicial system is at the top priority of the Nationan Unity Government (NUG), Second Vice President said, “The government will make efforts that Independent Assosciation of Advocates gets its real position to provide legal services. The second vice-president considered the association as a key pillare of judicial system, stressing that the new government would hear suggestions and consultation of the association.
In the meeting, members of the association enumerated a range of problems as un-cooperation of judicial organs and inconsidertion to advocates’ defenses in court, emphasizing on effective cooperation of General Attorney Office and Supreme Court. Based on information, currently 2,500 advocates are members of the association across the country where 400 of them are women. According to another report, members of advisory association of Ghor province also et yesterday with Second Vice President, Sarwer Danesh and enumerated their environmental problems with him.
