Kabul (BNA) The Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC) has issued operating license to Ustad Bahra Learning, Cultural and Research Center to honor the 120th birth anniversary of the deceased Ustad Abdul Wahid Bahra, founder of Herat’s modern education and culture in 1921 in Amani era.
The license was granted to founder of the center Wali Shah Bahra, who was wished further success in implementation of Ustad Bahra’s superior cultural and literal goals.
