Aibak (BNA) As a result of two explosions in the city of Samangan, one civilian was martyred and at least nine other civilians were injured.
The explosions took place just before noon yesterday in Aibak city Central Park, one of the busiest parts of the center of Samangan.
Samangan police spokesman Munir Rahimi told BNA, that one civilian was martyred and at least nine other civilians were injured in the blasts.
The victim is called a Talisman on the road.
No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the blasts, but local sources have blamed the Taliban for the blast.
Doctors at Samangan Central Hospital report the health condition of at least two injured as critical.
