Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) Flooding in addition financial losses claimed the lives of four people in Baghlan.
Mujibur-ul-Rehman Behin, director of Baghlan Disaster Management Authority told BNA that heavy rains and flash floods flooded Doshi and Nahrin districts, killing four people, destroying 201 houses and tens of acres of farmland.
According to him, the floods destroyed several roads in Nahrin and Doshi districts and closed roads to dozens villages.
