Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) Balkh police arrested 45 people in Mazar-e-Sharif last night in connection with criminal offenses.
Adel Shah Adel, spokesman for the Balkh police command, told BNA that security officials arrested the men in connection with murder, armed robbery and gambling in various parts of Mazar-e-Sharif.
He added that a Kalashnikov assault rifle and a Corolla car were recovered from the suspects.
