Kabul (BNA) Police arrested two people today in two separate operations linked to drug and ammunition trafficking in Nangarhar.
Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Arian told BNA that a man with 143 kilograms of hashish from a residential house in Ghani Khel and another with 800 Kalashnikov rifles, which he had skillfully placed in a vehicle for smuggling, have been arrested from the 8th district of Jalalabad .
“Also, in another operation by these forces in Daikundi, two people were arrested for selling drugs with some heroin,” Tariq said.
