Four Thousand Homeless Families Received Food

Distribution of Aid Began to Hundreds of Families in Samangan

Ferozkoh (BNA) Officials from Ghor Disaster Management office say 4,000 displaced families in the province received food.

An official from Ghor Disaster Management office told BNA that the aid included; two hundred kilos of flour and six thousand cash were distributed to each displaced family.

He said, Ghor Disaster Management Department in cooperation with the World Food Organization (WFP) Office distributed food for 4,000 families who have been displaced from parts of the province to Firuzkuh due to natural and unnatural disasters during 1398 and 1399 years.

He added: “After the survey, these aids were distributed to each family with food and cash.”
