Pul-e-Khomri (BNA) In a clash, security forces of the Islamic Emirate in Baghlan killed a leader of kidnappers in Khost district and arrested its members.
Engineer Sabghatullah Omari, spokesman for the governor of Baghlan, told BNA.
Officials from the Islamic Emirate killed the kidnappers in a clash in Charkh-e-Karlak village of in Khost district, and arrested six of them with their weapons and equipment.
He said the men were charged with several of kidnapping in that province and in the northern provinces of the country.
