Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Mohammad Omar Marjan, Deputy Governor of Logar, inaugurated the Grand Mosque of Logar yesterday.
Mirza Agha Sattari, in charge of Logar Center projects, told BNA that the Logar Center Grand Mosque was constructed with the financial cooperation of Presidential Office of Operations and National Development Support, cost sixty-six million Afghanis on 10,000 square meters of land on two floors, it is built to accommodate 3,000 worshipers at a time.
Residents of Pul-e Alam Logar, in addition to thanking the Presidential Office for Operations and National Development Support, praised the construction of mosques and infrastructure works in the religious affairs and the unity of Afghans, and emphasized the construction of such projects.
It is worth mentioning that the construction of twelve large projects is underway in cooperation with the Presidential Operations Office in Logar.
