Taliqan (BNA) Gul Agha, the leader of a 12-member Taliban militia, joined peace process with his weapons.
Takhar press office told BNA that the Taliban leader was opposed to the government for several years and was carrying out anti-government activities in various parts of Takhar.
According to the newsletter, he joined the security forces of Dasht-e-Qala district with two Kalashnikovs and a bicycle.
