Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Logar police officer with his four bodyguards were martyred in attack of assailants.
Officer Abdullah, the police chief of Kharwar district has attacked by gunmen late yesterday in Pol-e Alam city.
Logar security source, in contact with BNA confirmed the incident.
He said the Khorwar district police chief and his four bodyguards were martyred in the shelling.
So far, no individual or group has claimed responsibility for the assassination.
