Charikar (BNA) Unidentified gunmen shot and killed Maulwi Saifullah, the head of Ulema Council in Sayed Khel district of Parwan, yesterday.
Ahmad Lamar -Osmanyar, governor of Sayid Khel told BNA that the incident took place when Maulawi Saifullah was moving from mosque to his home.
An investigation into the incident has begun, he said.
