Khost (BNA) Security officials of Khost province said that a senior commander of Haqani network was killed in a clash by security forces in that province.
Faizullah Ghairat police chief of the province told BNA, the clash occurred in Spera district while security forces had ambush for elimination of the commander.
According to Ghairat, the commander was resident of Domanda district of Khost province and was involved in terrorist activities.
It is said that two members of Haqani network were also injured and another was detained in the conflict.
