IEA Supports Women Professions in Jawzjan

Kabul (BNA) A number of women at a training workshop says that Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan support their services and professions in northern Jawzjan province.

Nooria Ahmadi, in-charge of training workshop of women entrepreneurs said BNA, with establishment of this training workshop they have provided jobs to 8 women, in daily basis we producing more than 15 bags and local cloths which later we offering it to markets so that we can get our daily and education expenses through our profession, she added.

According to her, their products not only dispatched to the capital and districts of Jawzjan, but they also offering their products to other provinces, like Sur-e-Pul, Faryab and Balkh with an income of 60,000 Afghani per months.

She clarifies not only officials of the Islamic Emirate prevent their works, but they support and encourage women services and professions in that province.

Dr. Hilal Balkhi, Director of Information and Culture of Jawzjan province says, since the rule of Emirate, there is no obstacle for girl’s educations and professions if the Islamic Hijab is observed, instead Islamic Emirate support women educations and professions for their self-sufficiency.
