Kabul (BNA) Unidentified individuals once again partially destroyed the capital’s imported power bases in Parwan with eight mines.
Officials at Breshna in Parwan say unknown individuals planted fourteen mines next to four large imported electricity pylons in the Baghshahr Charikar , Jangalbagh area. It flows normally.
According to Breshna officials, security officials defused six more mines before they exploded.
This is the fourth time in the past ten days that unidentified individuals have blown up mines targeting imported power plants in the capital and neighboring provinces on the Kabul-Parwan route.
