Kabul (BNA) Minister of Higher Education participated in international conference held on ’Suicide Attack and their Psychological Causes’ and while hinting to psychological causes of the suicide’s phenomena asked for joint efforts of the international community in rooting out the phenomena.
BNA reported, Minister of Higher Education Dr. Obaidullah Obaid, officially invited by Iraqi Minister of Higher Education Ali Mohammad Al-Hussain Al-Adeeb, has participated in the conference held in Iraq and delivered speech related to main causes and encouragement of individuals in particular youths for launching suicide attacks.
He asked the participants in the conference to seriously and jointly make efforts for rooting out the training centers of terrorists and pressing on their intelligence supporters.
Dr. Obaid considered Afghanistan and Iraq as victims of suicide and other terrorist attacks and enlightened related to efforts of Afghanistan towards spoiling terrorists’ plans.
Minister of Higher Education at the sideline of the conference met with Iraqi Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Researches and discussed academic relations between the two countries.
In the meeting, both sides agreed that teachers and students of the two countries should visit the countries and exchange their experiences in academic and scientific sector.
