Jalalabad (BNA) Reconstruction of Shamshpour irrigation canal in Nangarhar was completed and this canal was inaugurated today in the presence of officials.
According to BNA, the National Directorate of Water Affairs has reconstructed the irrigation canal in the Sorkhrud district of Nangarhar in order to prevent water wastage and increase agricultural lands.
The canal irrigates more than 1,500 hectares of agricultural land in Sorkhrud district of Nangarhar.
