Charikar (BNA) The construction of Reg Rawan Irrigation Canal, which is a joint project of Parwan-Kapisa, will be completed soon.
Nizamuddin Khaplwak, spokesman for National Water Regulatory Authority told BNA that the project funded by Japan (JICA) Institute, is ninety-seven percent complete and is scheduled to be completed and commissioned soon.
Residents of Qala-e-Khaj Parwan and Sakhi Khel Kapisa villages will benefit from the project, he said.
