Ferozkoh (BNA) The construction of an irrigation dam in Lal and Sar-e-Jangal districts of Ghor was completed and put into operation today.
According to BNA, the irrigation dam was built at a cost of more than five million Afghanis from the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development in Mirzarn village, Lal and Sarjangal districts.
This project, in addition to covering hundreds of acres of agricultural land and gardens with regular irrigation, will also reduce water loss in the course of agricultural lands.
