Kabul (BNA) With the construction of an irrigation network, hundreds of families in Uruzgan are expected to have access to clean drinking water for the first time.
The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development will spend 1,600,000 Afghanis to build these network.
This network has been built in the central city of Uruzgan and is to be put into operation soon.
The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) says in a newsletter that with the construction of the network, about 150 families will have access to clean drinking water for the first time.
Citizens of Uruzgan are happy with the supply of clean drinking water and say, they have been suffering from diseases for many years due to the use of dirty water.
