Jalalabad (BNA) National security officials announced the discovery of an ISIS mine factory in Nangarhar.
This factory was making magnetic and roadside mines in Jalalabad city.
Nangarhar security source told BNA that an ISIS member who was making a mine at the factory was arrested.
The detainee is named Mullah Abdul Samad and is said to have been a member of the ISIS urban network in central Nangarhar, in addition to making mine.
The ISIS group has not yet said anything about this.
