Kandahar (BNA) A judge and a police officer were assassinated by unidentified gunmen in two separate incidents in Kandahar last night.
According to BNA; Esmatullah Nouri, commander of the 14th Kandahar police district, was killed in a roadside bomb blast in the area, and unidentified gunmen also shot dead Mohammad Fayyaz, a Kandahar appeals judge.
Kandahar security officials have not yet told the media about the two incidents.
