Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) A mine explosion in Charkent district of Balkh killed four civilians yesterday evening.
Charkent district governor Salima Mazari told BNA local correspondent that four civilians were martyred when a car collided with a roadside mine in the district.
Another report says, Taliban insurgents killed one commander of a popular uprising force and wounded another in their attack on the commander house in the Shulgara district of Balkh province.
