Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Special Police Forces, carrying out of a targeted operation in Pul-e-Alam , Logar discovered and destroyed a depot of explosives.
The Interior Ministry’s press office told BNA that the explosives, including 6,350 kilograms of ammonium nitrite, 500 kilograms of potassium and three mines, were stored in a residential house in Babus village, the outskirts of the central city of Logar.
The terrorists intended to use these explosives in planning and organizing terrorist attacks, especially suicide attacks and making mines.
