Kabul (BNA) In continuance of praising the country’s elite figures, Abdul Bari Jahani Minister of Information and Culture praised artistic works of Mubriz Dawatgar here yesterday, BNA reported. Minister Jahani said that despite of lacking equipment and facing challenges, Dawatgar’s paintings and engraving works are commendable. Minister of Information and Culture praised Dawatgar with an appreciation award and a hundred thousand Afghani cash on behalf of Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Thanking President Ghani, Minister Jahani and Presidential advisor on cultural affairs, Mubariz Dawatgar said that such appreciations would further persuade the artists to work hard and present remarkable artistic works. Dawatgar is one of the country’s prominent artists based in Kunduz and his works have many funs across the country.
