Pul-e-Alam (BNA) Three children lost their lives in a mortar attack in Logar last night.
Gul Haidar Ahmadi, spokesman for Logar police chief, said a mortar shell hit a house in the Barakibarak district of Logar, killing three children.
He said six others were also injured in the incident.
Mohammad Ishaq, a relative of the victims, said the mortar was thrown by members of Kaku Sahib checkpoint in Baraki Barak area, and that the victims were members of a family.
