Qalat (BNA) Three children were martyred and at least three others were injured when mortar shells hit a house in Zabul.
The victims and injured were members of a family living in Norq village in Qalat.
Zabul security official told BNA that three girls were martyred and three others were injured in the incident.
A number of locals blamed the military for firing the mortar, but Zabul security sources accused the Taliban of being involved in the incident.
The Taliban have not yet commented in this regard.
