Muay Thai Competition Ended with Afghanistan Athlete’s Victory

Kabul (BNA) Muay Thai competition between athletes from Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran ended with Afghan athletes’ victory in Zaranj city the provincial capital of Nimroz province yesterday. According to BNA report, Afghan’s athletes won 21 gold and a silver medals and got first position, Pakistani’s athletes won 20 silver medals and got second position and Iranian’s athletes won a silver medal and got third position of the competitions. In the mention trilateral competitions athletes attended from Nimroz and other provinces of Afghanistan. Matiullah Noori, acting director of Muay Thai federation of Afghanistan said, the aim of the competitions was to boost bilateral relationship between the three countries.
