Lashkargah City (BNA) National Directorate Security (NDS) personnel with arresting a suicide attacker succeeded to prevent from a bloodiest incident in southern Helmand province.
According to BNA report, Sayeed Nabi the suicide attacker had been encouraged by Mullah Abas a top commander of Taliban terrorist group to carry out suicide attack in a crowded areas of Lashkargah city the provincial capital of the province.
In his primary investigation Nabi confessed that he trained suicide training beyond Durand Line and after learning was dispatched by Mullah Abas to launch suicide attack in relevant areas of Helmand province.
