TALOQAN (BNA) Qari Mohammad Ismail Rasekh introduced as the new Governor of Takhar Tuesday.
According to BNA reporter, Maulana Noor Jalal Jalali, Deputy Minister of Interior, praised the serve of Mawlawi Nooruddin Umair, the former Governor of Takhar, and said that the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate were never disappointed with the change, they do not disobey the command of their Emir with all their heart and soul.
He called the new Governor of Takhar one of the influenced personalities, Hafez, and experienced, and called on all Mujahideen and the people of Takhar to cooperate with him in order to govern and improve the situation.
