Faizabad (BNA) Police arrested three people on suspicion of drug trafficking in Badakhshan yesterday.
Badakhshan police spokesman Sanaullah Rouhani told BNA that the anti-narcotics police of Badakhshan police arrested them from Faizabad-Kishm-Badakhshan highway with nine kilograms of heroin in Argo district of the province.
The detainees had packed the materials in a car and wanted to transport it to Takhar.
