Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani appreciated two sportsmen who have brought medal and honor to the country from Asia Cup completion held in Indonesia, BNA reported.
In the meeting held yesterday at the Presidential Palace, the two sportsmen Mohammad Khalid Hotak and Mohammad Mansour Sarwari spoke and praised the country’s President for his particular attention to sportsmen. After granting cash reward to the sportsmen, the country’s President said he was ready to provide any cooperation to support sports in the country. President Ghani told them; “You are the honor of Afghanistan as you bring dignity and honor to the country.” The country’s President assured of his support to the country’s national Olympic committee and sportsmen.
