Kabul (BNA) President Ashraf Ghani, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces visited the Ministry of Defense to discuss implementation process of the reform plans with officials of the ministry, yesterday.
During the separate meetings at MOD also joined by Hamdullah Mohib the National Security Advisor, officials from different departments presented their reports on implementation of the reform plans.
They also elucidated their plans for further supporting the Afghanistan National Army in terms of providing them with quality training, improving supply, technical and logistic affairs, payment and privileges, as well as more attention to be paid to their health matters.
President Ghani lauded the efforts of the MoD leadership for implementation of reforms and issued necessary instructions for addressing the needs of ANA officers, supporting them and providing them with quality training.
