Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani awarded the First Degree Baryal Medal to US Army Major General William K. Fuller, Deputy Chief of Staff-Operations.
In the ceremony that took place in Arg last night, the President awarded the medal in recognition of General Fuller’s admirable services in training the National Army and Police and for his role in providing security to Afghans alongside the National Security and Defense Forces.
