Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani introduced senior presidential advisor on infrastructural affairs Dr. Hamayoun Qayoumi as acting minister of finance to officials and employees of the ministry. It is mentionable that two weeks ago, Eklil Hakimi resigned as minister of finance. He announced his resignation in a news briefing in Kabul.
