Kabul (BNA) The President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, paid a visit to the Jamhoriat Hospital on Saturday night and while inspecting the general condition of the hospital, met the patients in bed and issued necessary instructions to the relevant authorities to take better care of the patients.
At the outset, the hospital head briefed the president on the general condition of the hospital and its achievements, and made suggestions for solving problems and challenges, according to a presidential statement.
President Ghani thanked the officials, doctors, nurses and staff of the hospital for their works and services and guided them to take good care for the patients.
The President also instructed the reform team for the hospitals to consult with officials, specialists, doctors and nurses and submit their proposals to presidential office for further consideration.
On the other hand, the officials, specialists and doctors of the mentioned hospital assured the President that they will spare no effort in improving the affairs of Jamhoriat Hospital and providing standard services to the patients.
