Pul-e-Alam (BNA) The Momand girls’ school building opened in Baraki Barak district of Logar yesterday.
Shahpour Arab, spokesman for Education Department of Logar told BNA that the school building was built at a cost of more than six million Afghanis in collaboration of Aqra program.
He added that the building has eight classrooms, two office rooms and other necessary accessories that can accommodate more than eight hundred students at two times.
Seyed Aziz Ahmad Hashemi, Logar’s director of education, called on local residents to work on maintaining the school building and sending their children to school.
It is worth mentioning that the Aqra program has already put into operation several buildings in Logar.
