Maidan-Shaher (BNA) A senior ANA official was martyred by a sniper in Maidan-Wardak.
Officer Mahmoud Wardak, commander of Thunder Corps Support Brigade, has gone to Nerkh district to suppress the Taliban, but was shot dead by a sniper.
Wardak security source in contact with BNA confirmed the incident.
The Taliban have not yet comment in this regard.
