Kabul (BNA) Laghman police arrested 16 people overnight on criminal charges.
Laghman provincial police office told BNA that Laghman police arrested 16 people on charges of theft, robbery, murder and drug trafficking overnight during operations and inspections in the city and a number of districts in the province.
