Suicide Bomber Surrendered to ANA in Kunduz

Kunduz (BNA) A suicide bomber who was sent to attack ANA base in Kunduz surrendered to government forces.

According to local correspondent of BNA, Abdullah, a 16-year-old boy who surrendered to ANA base in Haji Golestan’s east of Kunduz two days ago.

The young man told a news conference yesterday afternoon that he had received religious instruction and suicide attacks from the Taliban at the Bagh Miri School in Kunduz.

Kunduz Governor Abdul Sattar Mirzakwal told a news conference that the Taliban had forcibly recruited a number of teenagers from the province and sent them first to Pakistan and then to Afghanistan to carry out suicide attacks and here, too, they sees suicide education in a number of religious schools in the areas under Taliban control.
